– incorporated ticket tabs to be updated on request by refresh on toolbar (per summary lists)
– ticket data cache gdc_ticket refresh only occurs on forced refresh button so as not to hold up dashboard refresh prompted by ticket update
– fix (db view) for feedback survey analysis tool – sql cast didnt like when non-included column contained non-numeric
– client web portal new-ticket survey integration including setup in system options
